Job description

• Ability to perform basic machine maintenance.
• Pull and set tooling in preparation for production runs and samples.
• Set up new tools and help establish and document optimum process.
• Ability to communicate information to the operators.
• Work closely with all departments to continuously improve process, tooling and safety.
• Work with full line of ISBM machines.
• change over assembly machines and supervise running and assist with minor problems.
• communicate any mold or machines and supervise running and assist with minor problems.
• Perform all required necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• check and maintain quality of product being produce in accordance with Quality policies and procedures.
• Answer machine alarms as they occur and identity and address the root cause.
• Ability to detect and diagnose surface defects of products, such cracks, splay, sink, drag line, blemishes, color and variations.
• Accuracy complete daily production documents.
• Ability to read and understand production orders.
• Operates hand and power tools.
• Recognizes the components used in regularly performed job tasks.
• Able to lead and evaluate a team of 4-5 machine operators to achieve production goals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements: 

•  1 or more-year related work experience within an operations environment with a strong mechanical/ technical skillset preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/ English) Speaking and writing preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour 

  Schedule:

• 12-hour shift
